JNC Submits Nominees For Twelfth District Associate District Judge Post

The Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) has submitted the three nominees for the position of
Associate District Judge, Rogers County, Twelfth Judicial District.
After concluding the review process and conducting in person interviews, the JNC submitted the
following nominees for this position to Gov. Kevin Stitt:
• Mark D. Antinoro, from Owasso;
• Andrea L. Medley, of Catoosa; and
• Susan A. Nigh, from Skiatook.
Under the Oklahoma Constitution, Stitt has 60 days to appoint one of the nominees to this
judicial position. If he does not do so, the Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Darby
is required to make the appointment.
The court vacancy was created by the resignation of the Honorable Kassie McCoy.
