Herb Elias Jr. received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Tulsa. He is a Past President of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Tulsa County Bar Association. He is a member of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, the Tulsa County, and Oklahoma Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice before the Northern and Eastern District Federal Courts of Oklahoma. He has completed specialized training in mediation that gives him an edge in negotiating with insurance companies.
Herb is a frequent seminar speaker on topics ranging from Workers’ Compensation, to Insurance Law, to Subrogation, and Personal Injury matters for many years. He handles the trial appearances and depositions of the firm before all Courts. His family came to Oklahoma from Lebanon over a century ago, initially settling in Bristow.
